Household Securing Lag Bolts to Soft Artificial Stone Facade

I needed to secure eight masonry bolts to an artificial stone face. The facade material was too soft to take any kind of a load (the bolts just pulled out). I drilled out an oversized hole, blew out the dust, and injected EZ-Poly using a syringe for dispensing pet medication (a gun dispenser would be real nice). The next day I drilled tap holes and then secured the bolts with a wrench.
