If you are ever dissatisfied with a purchase
at our store, you may return the product whithin
10 days or exchange the item at our store or
by mail.
Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
If an item ordered is the mistake of the buyer
a return is possible if the item is shipped
unused and the buyer pay all shipping and handling.
There is no refund for items misordered by
the buyer. A returned item can use store credit
for a replacement item. When replacement items
are not in stock or have been discontinued,
store credit will be issued in the item/s stead.
Unless an error has been made by our shipping
department, we cannot be responsible for shipping
costs associated with incoming returns or outgoing
replacements.
