EZ-Poly can be worked while curing, unlike any other product! For these applications, mix up some EZ-Poly pour immediately, or wait as it thickens to use like a paste or a putty.

Wall and ceiling holes & cracks: Apply thin layer - let stand for 10 min. re-apply repeatedly to fill, Scrape excess and sand in 1hr.

Stripped Anchors: Apply small amount to anchor hole. After 10 min, fill hole completely. Scrape excess. Insert screw or bolt in 1 hr. Apply full weight in 24 hrs.

Termite damaged or rotted wood: Remove loose wood particles, pour into damaged areas. For large repairs, build a mold using masking tape. Remove excess in 30 min, or sand off in 1 hr. Work with wood tools, Paint, or stain in 2 hrs.

Making molds and forms: Build a form into the desired shape using tape for small jobs or a rigid form lined with plastic wrap, or sprayed lightly with non-stick cooking spray for larger projects. Pour into the form and remove in 1 hr. Trim excess with a knife, sand to perfect shape and finish, Paint, or stain in 2 hrs.

Attaching brick and tile: Mix about 4 oz for a 6x6 tile. For walls, apply a thin layer to wall and tile and let stand for 10 min., then press the tile in place. Tape in place until set. about 45 min.

Carving and sculpting: Carve like any softwood while curing, Once fully cured, handle like hardwood using common woodworking tools, DremelŪ tool or lathe.

Porcelain and ceramics: Apply a small amount to both pieces. Join the broken pieces immediately, use tape to hold in place if necessary.

Pool and fountain repair: Underwater - apply as putty in cracks with spatula or fingers. For best results, drain water from area first. If bubbling or foaming occurs, place pressure on the area with a spatula or fingertips. Wait at least 1 hour to add water. Color to match the repair surface, as described below.

Adding color: Add color using colored chalk, artist's pastels, or cement coloring. Add by using medium-fine sandpaper on colorant to create a powder. Mix the chalk powder with part A until the color is slightly richer than desired. Then add part B and mix thoroughly. Add more color as needed.

Expandability: Adding just a little water to EZ-Poly will cause it to expand. This feature is great for repairs where there are large voids.
